[Composition] The product is prepared with imported adjuvant. The vaccine contains inactivated NDV (La Sota strain).The virus concentration before inactivation is ≥ 108.0EID50 /0.1ml.
[Description] Milky white emulsion
[Function and Application] It is used to prevent NDV infection in chickens, and the immunity period is 4 months.
[ Application and Dosage]subcutaneous injection in the neck.
0.2ml/bird for chickens below 14 days,at the same time,drip into the nasal cavity and eyes with diluted vaccine (La Sota strain or live vaccine of II).Broiler are just vaccinated once by the same immune procedure.
0.5ml/bird for chickens over 60 days,the immunity period can be up to 10 months.
Hens which have been inoculated with live vaccines:0.5ml/bird for hens in 14-21 days before laying, can protect the whole laying period.
[Abnormal reaction] There is no notability abnormal reaction post inoculation.
[Precaution]
(1)Freezing is prohibited.
(2)The vaccine should be mixed evenly and recovered to normal temperature by shaking before use.
(3)The product is not to allowed to use in weak chickens or in chickens with other diseases.
(4)The product should be evenly mixed by shaking before and during use.
(5)The injector should be boiling disinfected and the needle should be changed frequently during injection.
(6)The contaminated items such as bottles, remaining vaccines, utensils should be disposed by innocent treatment.
(7)For broilers, it is forbidden to use within 21 days before slaughter;
for other chickens, it is forbidden to use within 42 days before slaughter.
